We provide a subscription-based digital service offering recipes, meal plans, dietary content and related materials – Cholesterol SMART Living (“Service”).
All orders and purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions. Review of these terms and conditions is advisable before making any purchase.
You must be 18 or over and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
By purchasing, ordering, browsing or using any of our on-line products you:-
To place an order or purchase you are required to create an account on the website.
When you create an account and place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a subscription following a 7-day free trial (where offered).
Information entered by you in the account creation process must be true and correct.
Accounts created are intended for named individuals and cannot be transferred or ‘sold’ to another person, company or organisation.
You must update personal information to reflect your current name, email address and payment method
We will send you an Order Confirmation email acknowledging your order.
A contract is formed when we send the Order Confirmation.

Both subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial where offered.
After the free trial period ends, the subscription will automatically start at the applicable price unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions will continue until terminated by you. Subscription charges will be charged to your payment method on a rolling basis unless it is cancelled by you before the subscription renewal date. Subscription fees apply for the time period selected and do not apply based on whether you use the subscription or not.
By subscribing you agree that all related fees according to the subscription you select will be automatically billed each month or year or promotional period to the payment method you nominated during the purchase or order process.
We reserve the right to alter subscription fees and in this event will contact you to disclose fee/subscription changes. You may cancel before changes take effect.
We do not give refunds for misplaced purchases, unused subscriptions, ‘forgotten’ subscriptions, unforeseen medical conditions. If you believe someone has accessed your payment method and unlawfully purchased our products on your behalf, please contact [email protected].
You must update your payment method or notify us of a new payment method otherwise we will assume the nominated payment method is correct and will continue to bill for subscription fees due as per the subscription.
If subscription fees are not able to be processed from your nominated payment method we have the right to suspend your subscription until all fees due are paid and up to date.
Subscriptions will roll over to original ‘full priced’ monthly or yearly rates at the end of promotional periods, free trials, discounts or special offers unless specifically stated or unless the subscription is cancelled before the end of the promotional period.
‘Free trial’ refers to a 7 day period where you have access to subscription features. Upon completion of this period you will automatically move onto paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the 7 day period. To cancel your subscription visit the cancellation page.

If a pricing error occurs, you will be given the option to proceed or cancel.

Where a free trial is offered, you will be required to provide valid payment details when signing up. You will not be charged during the free trial period. The 7-day free trial is available once per person. If you have previously used a free trial, you will not be eligible for another free trial, regardless of whether you choose a monthly or annual subscription. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a free trial where we reasonably believe that multiple accounts have been created to obtain additional free trials.
By starting a free trial, you are entering into a subscription agreement with us. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the applicable rate (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).
We will send you a reminder before the end of your free trial to notify you that your subscription will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled. This reminder will be sent sufficiently in advance to allow you time to cancel. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the end of the free trial if you do not wish to be charged.
After your subscription begins, we will send you a notification by email:
Your first payment will be taken immediately after the free trial period ends. Subsequent payments will be taken on the same calendar date each month or year (as applicable) until you cancel your subscription.
8. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
You authorise us to take recurring payments.
You can cancel at any time (see section 10).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel.
If you request immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins, even if you have selected an annual subscription.
You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
You may unsubscribe from your premium account at any time by visiting the cancellation page.
If you cancel your premium subscription, your account will remain active and you may continue to access available free features unless you choose to delete your account. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at [email protected].
